Reigning Champions England Hockey do it again!

What a Result! – 2017 Home Internationals
The 2017 Home International Grand Masters hockey tournament took place at the King George V Playing Fields in Swansea from Friday 30 June to Sunday 2 July.
There were three trophies being played for. They were the Grand Masters, Great Grand Masters and Senior Grand Masters.
The first two competitions involved England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales and the Senior Grand Masters only England, Scotland and Wales. Each team played three matches – the over 70s fixtures involving Australia were outside the Senior Grand Masters competition, which was played between England, Scotland and Wales. As guests Australia Over 70s were finishing off a four week European tour.

England as usual dominated the tournament and all of us at Xenca congratulate all the teams who retained each of the three trophies.
England Hockey run masters squads at several age groups. The mens ages range from 40 to 75. England masters squads compete in all major competitions including The Home Nations, European Cup and World Cup tournaments.
The European Cup starts in Glasgow on the 19th August and runs through to the 27th August.
England are the reigning Champions and Xenca as their proud sponsors and would like to wish the England GGM Hockey every success in August.
